Hello, songwriters, I am offering private one-on-one songwriting sessions from my home in Nashville, Tennessee. And also online. As you know, I have written songs for Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris, Johnny Cash, Trisha Yearwood, Bette Midler, Stevie Nicks, Jennifer Warnes, and many others. I’ve done many songwriting workshops and seminars including Sisters Folk Festival in Oregon, West Coast Songwriters in Northern CA, ,Ulster University in Derry, Ireland, Berklee College of Music, Boston, Freight and Salvage, Northern CA, and here in Nashville. I can help you with your songwriting. Even in one session. They are $100 per hour and ½ sessions in person or you can hook up with me on FaceTime from anywhere, if you message me on Facebook or email me to arrange a time for us to sit and work on your song. I am also available for booking through Airbnb Experiences, if you're coming to town. You can send me an mp3 of it ahead of time or just play it for me live on your end and we’ll talk about it.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE IN PERSON
Bring your instrument and a copy of the lyrics for one or two songs you’re working on, unless you play piano,
in which case, I have a 1926 Mason & Hamlin parlor grand here. I also have a nylon string Takamine guitar.
If you don’t play an instrument, and just need help with a lyric idea, or if you have recordings of your song ideas then you can just bring your notebook. or ipad. Each session is a private, one-on-one session with me. You may record and/or video the session for your personal reference, provided you do not post it anywhere.
